RETURNS & REPAIRS

You can return your KNOMO product within 30 days of receiving your original order for full priced items, or 14 days for sale or discounted items.
The item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.


Returns

If you would like to return your KNOMO product, please contact KNOMO Customer Service via the Return Request Form below. We will provide you with the necessary Return Authorization form to enclose in the return shipment. Repackage the product, take the parcel to your local post office and obtain proof of postage.

Please note, you are required to cover the costs of returning the goods to us. In case of faulty goods or incorrect delivery, we will assume all postal charges and replace or refund your item.

If you purchased your KNOMO from a retail store or another online retailer, and would like to return it for a refund or exchange it, please contact the reseller directly. We are not able to provide refunds or exchanges for products purchased from other retailers.

Refunds

When we receive and accept your return we will refund the credit card that was used for payment of your original order. This typically takes 7 business days in the US, dependent on your bank/card issuer. Refunds will cover cost of your original purchase, excluding delivery charges. Once your return has been processed you will receive a refund confirmation email.

Repairs & Warranty Claims

In order to return a product for repair, please contact KNOMO Customer Service via the Repair Request Form below. Please note, proof of purchase is required to ensure warranty eligibility for your product. Please submit this detail and all other required fields with your request so that we are able to process your repair as quickly as possible.

Once evaluated and approved, KNOMO will provide you with a Return Authorization Form (RMA) to enclose in the return shipment of the product in need of repair. Further details including the shipping address for our Warranty Claims Department are included on this form for your convenience. KNOMO is not responsible for product delivered without proper documentation, product shipped to KNOMO without this will be returned to the sender at the sender's expense.

If after inspecting your KNOMO product, we are satisfied it is defective in materials or workmanship, we will repair the product at our expense and return it to you free of charge. This is subject to our product warranty. The return of the repair is customer’s responsibility until it reaches KNOMO. Normal turnaround times for a repair can be up to 3-4 weeks from receipt by KNOMO. If we are unable to repair your KNOMO, we reserve the right to replace it with the same or similar product.

If it is determined that the requested and/or returned product is not covered by our 2-Year Guarantee, we will contact you via email with further details regarding repair options available to you and any associated costs



Limitation of Liability

Knomo bags and covers do not guarantee protection of devices (phones, laptops, tablets) from drops, accidents, misuse or improper care.

In no event shall KNOMO or its suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the product, including, without limitation, property damage, loss of value of the product or any third party products that are used in or with the product, even if KNOMO has been advised of the possibility of such damages. KNOMO has no liability for any damage or destruction to consumer electronics devices or other personal property that are in or connected to the products, including, without limitation, laptops, tablets, smartphones, or other devices, or any loss of data contained in the foregoing devices. Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur for any reason whatsoever (including, without limitation, all damages referenced herein and all direct or general damages in contract, the entire liability of KNOMO and any of its suppliers shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the product. Some territories do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.
