Press Release: KNOMO secures £3M funding, bags deals with US retailers

British bag maker, KNOMO is expanding across the Atlantic securing £3 million investment through private equity firm Rockpool and zipping up deals with US retail giants, Macy’s, Saks Fifth Avenue and Anthropologie.

The new partnerships are expected to boost KNOMO’s international business with US sales predicted to rise by more than 45% in the next six months.

Closer to home, the company will be headlining Selfridges’ new technology department and plans to launch a flagship community working space in Covent Garden for digital nomads, catering to the workers of the future who will increasingly be doing their job on the move.

The company also strengthened its senior management team welcoming Fred Edwards as COO (Hummus Bros, OneCall24) and Simon Wilkinson as Digital Director (Dr Martens, Charles Tyrwhitt) to focus on the customer experience and building ecommerce.
