• I just wanted to e-mail to say a BIG THANK YOU to the lovely lady who helped me out last Thursday - unfortunately I didn't catch her name but I'm sure you can find out through the order number
  
  She went above and beyond the call of duty and provided me with excellent customer service to get me the item I wanted - it arrived today just before I fly out tomorrow.
  
  More companies could learn a lot from you - I should be grateful if you made sure that the lady concerned knows how much I appreciated her effort, help and service

• I love this bag which I use mainly on holidays and at weekends as I have another larger Knome leather bag for work. This bag has plenty of pockets for carrying different items. The leather is soft and having had mine for at least 6 months, it still looks and feels new. I would highly recommend it. Mine has travelled with me to the Bahamas, New York and parts of Europe and I have had many compliments about it. I love Knome products as they look great and wear well. I also have three other bags and a laptop cover

• This bag is stunning. Deceptivley roomy, the first niggle I have is that I just wish it had a little bit more space to move stuff around. WIth a book and all my other stuff, it is quite full.
  
  Packed with great features, including lots of pockets to keep organised, this bag is a winner. Perfect for those who need a bag to see them through work and weekend. However this bag isn't big enough to take an A4 pad, so if you need an A4 bag you need to look at the bigger options.
  
  Well made, with lovely soft leather too. Only other thought I have which is a shame in that the strap isn't leather and will have to see how comfy it is in the summer carrying the bag at capacity. In all though, lovely bag and would love to see colours such as dark blue and green come out too.
  
  Its nice to finally find a company that understands the needs of the commuter and the importance of space yet the minimalist look too. I hope to continue using my bag for years to come and will be returning to knomo in the future.

• I have been searching for a purse that doubles as a travel purse as well and finally found this bag that meets all standards of a secure zip center and strong magnets to keep outer big pockets from unwanted openings. I love the slim lines and so many options of pockets for all size objects to fit inside safely. The smallest outside zip pocket is perfect for my slim cell phone, making it easily accessible.
