Delivery

Everyone likes to travel in style, and knomo′s are no different. In order to keep our knomo's satisfied, we only let them travel with our appointed carriers and this means they will often need to be signed for on delivery.

Sometimes it can happen that a delivery doesn′t quite go according to plan, but if that′s the case, we′ll try to let you know as soon as possible. Although we try to choose the best couriers, we unfortunately can′t guarantee that they will always meet our delivery estimates. Delivery is also dependent on your knomo being in stock on the day. We do our best to keep availability information up to date on our website and will inform you as soon as we know there may be a delay with your order. Please provide a Monday - Friday (9 am - 6 pm) delivery address where a responsible adult will be available to sign and accept your delivery

Delivery charges vary by country and are calculated and displayed during the checkout process prior to payment being made. Some deliveries are free, others are not. Because we want to spread the love, we try to subsidise the cost where possible.

The following is an estimate of the delivery costs usually charged:

UNITED KINGDOM

Delivery to the United Kingdom mainland

STANDARD DELIVERY: Any orders placed during the week before 12pm, are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days for Next Working Day Delivery.  Orders placed over the weekend will usually be dispatched within 1-2 working days for Next Working Day Delivery. Unfortunately we are not able to offer weekend delivery. Smaller items such as sleeves, iPod cases and wallets are posted using First Class Recorded Delivery and are usually delivered within 2-3 days.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man
If you want your knomo delivered to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, a delivery charge will be added to your order. Costs vary but are typically charged as follows: Bags £15, Slims £7, iPod Cases & Wallets £5 excluding VAT. These shipments can take up to 5 days.

EUROPE

Delivery to Ireland and Continental Europe
If you want your knomo delivered anywhere in the European Union, a delivery charge will be added to your order. Costs vary but are typically charged as follows: Bags €15-25, Slims €10, iPod Cases & Wallets €8. These shipments typically take up to 5 days. Import duty, customs charges and other local taxes may apply to deliveries to countries outside of the European Union - this would include Norway and Switzerland.

NORTH AMERICA

We ship via UPS and offer a Standard Ground Service or Premium Next Day Air Service. Delivery charges for the Premium Service are dependent on the type of product purchased and the delivery location. Charges are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

UPS Standard Ground Shipping
Yes, it′s that word that we love to hear: FREE!!  Delivers in 5-7 business days after shipment (ships within 24-48 hours of the order). No weekend delivery. Not available for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Not available for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.

UPS Next-Day Air Shipping
Next Day Air delivers in 1-2 business days after shipment (ships within 24-48 hours of the order). No weekend delivery. Not available for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Not available for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii. Delivery Cost is $50 for Bags & Slims, and $25 for iPod Cases & Wallets.

UPS Standard Ground Shipping to Canada
Delivers in 5-7 business days after shipment (ships within 24-48 hours of the order). No weekend delivery. Not available for P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. Import duty, customs charges and other local taxes may apply. Delivery Cost is $25 for all products.

REST OF WORLD

We prefer not to restrict any knomo travel plans, so will always try to get your knomo to you, no matter where you are. Obviously some places are easier to reach than others and so some patience and extra cost might be required. If your shipping country is not on our list or a delivery charge is not shown, please contact us before placing your order.  Delivery charges are dependent on the destination country and size of purchase. Final costs can only be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Shipments usually take 7-10 days although can be delayed further due to customs procedures. Please review the notes below relating to import duties and taxes. Bags are shipped by international couriers and will need to be signed for on delivery. Slims, iPod Cases & Wallets are usually sent using international recorded mail services.

Import Duty and Customs Charges
For deliveries outside of the UK, the European Union and the USA, you may be required to pay import duty, custom charges or other local taxes. This includes countries such as Norway, Switzerland, Canada and many other countries. Customs policies vary widely from country to country so please contact your local customs office for further information. Unfortunately our accountant is not able to subsidise any of these costs! If you do have to pay them, we suggest you post the bill to your local politician. Please note that the payment of any import duties, customs charges, local taxes and any administration charges paid to couriers in relation to these fees, is for your own account. knomo cannot be held responsible for the payment of any of the abovementioned charges.
